Epistemy Press LLC is the entity responsible for collecting, processing and using data on this website. We take the protection of your private data very seriously and we treat the personal data of everybody who makes use of our site as confidential. We will never sell your data or send you marketing information unless you request it.

 

 

We do not procure any ownership for you in the digital product you buy (course, audio file), but only grant you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the course according to the terms and conditions set forth in the License Agreement:

 

The License Agreement permits you to access the course for your use only in accordance with instructions to be furnished to you by Epistemy Press.

 

Restrictions. You shall not: (1) resell, rent, assign, timeshare, distribute, or transfer all or part of the course or any rights granted hereunder to any other person; (2) duplicate the Course; (3) remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the Course; or (4) transfer or sublicense title to the Course to any other party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may print a reasonable number of pages from the Course for your personal use not to exceed ten (10%) of the total content of the Course. Furthermore, it is understood that you may transfer and read the Course between devices owned by you as the Authorized User.

 

Intellectual Property Protection. The Courses on this site are owned by Epistemy Press and are protected by United States and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. Epistemy Press reserves all rights in the Course not expressly granted herein. This license and your right to use the Course terminate automatically if you violate any part of this Agreement. In the event of termination, you must destroy and delete the original and all copies of the Course.

 

Consent to Use of Data. You agree that Epistemy Press may collect and use data and related information that is gathered from your usage of the LMS. Epistemy Press may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to conduct research on learning activities.

 

 

Limited Warranty. Epistemy Press warrants that the files containing the Course, a copy of which you are authorized to access, are free from defects in the operational sense that they can be read by a standard course reader. EXCEPT FOR THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, EPISTEMY PRESS MAKES AND YOU RECEIVE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR IN ANY COMMUNICATION WITH YOU, AND EPISTEMY PRESS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTY INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EPISTEMY PRESS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE COURSE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. EPISTEMY PRESS MAKES NO WARRANTIES RESPECTING ANY HARM THAT MAY BE CAUSED BY THE TRANSMISSION OF A COMPUTER VIRUS, WORM, TIME BOMB, LOGIC BOMB, OR OTHER SUCH COMPUTER PROGRAM. EPISTEMY PRESS FURTHER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION TO AUTHORIZED USERS OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY. If the Course was licensed in the United States, the above exclusions may not apply to you as some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In addition to the above warranty rights, you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

 

Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL EPISTEMY PRESS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING FROM TORT OR CONTRACT, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE COURSE.

 

 

There is no right to return goods that are not suitable to be returned, such as digital products (course).
